Commercial Flood Insurance Program:
Commercial Flood is our newest product, but like with the rest of our products it offers superior coverage with more options than NFIP can offer. This new commercial flood insurance is a product of studying the flood insurance needs of businesses, analyzing flood exposures, and exploring insurance markets for the most competitive rates. The result is a product with competitive rates, business income coverage, higher limits, replacement cost coverage for building & contents, ability to schedule locations, and multiple deductible options ranging from $1,000 to $100,000.
Rating:
All policies are individually rated based on a property’s location, elevation, flood zone, number of stories, construction type, foundation type, and loss history.
Target Properties:
The types of risks we look for include but not limited to office buildings, restaurants, hotels/motels, light manufacturing, shopping centers, and risks with value under $15 million. All other commercial properties can be submitted but have to go through an approval process.
NFIP:
We also have access to National Flood Insurance Program we work with several WYO carriers to provide the best coverage for you.
