Residential Condominium Building Association Policy (RCBAP) Private Flood Insurance:

At SJR Insurance we specialize in Condo and homeowner associations.  We got into the private flood insurance because of our large book of Condominium business.  The Private flood program is slightly different than the programs for business and individual homeowners in the fact that it is a full service risk management resource for condominium associations’ exposure to flood.  It is the most comprehensive and competitive flood insurance coverage and risk management solutions available.

We provide full limits in the Primary and Excess private flood markets to provide coverage for the largest of condominium associations.  We also have the ability to create a hybrid program that includes the private and national flood insurance programs.

Our risk management services are the most complete of any of its kind.  Once you are a client, insurance to value appraisals, mitigation surveys, elevation surveys, storm surge analysis deductible analysis are all part of the services provided to the association. 

FEMA Requirements:

We also have access to National Flood Insurance Program we work with several WYO carriers to provide the best coverage for you.
